KidSay Plus Subscriptions
All KidSay Plus subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Your data remains available locally on the free tier after cancellation.
Printed Memory Books
All printed memory book sales are final once an order enters production. Because each book is custom-printed with your family's memories, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of a printing or shipping defect — contact us with photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at billing@kidsay.app within 30 days and we'll look into it.
